Shipping & Returns

Packages are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx and include a tracking number. During a sale, processing time on orders is longer.

All packages over $100 will require a signature. Some other packages will also require a signature.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method, and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified and refunded using the original method of payment.

If there is a problem of any kind with your order you must notify the store within 10 days of the delivery date. New, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the TheOGNetwork Merch online store may be returned with a Return Authorization.

To receive a Return Authorization, email sm-store@strangemusicinc.com. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Expect your refund within six weeks of shipping your return, often sooner. Turnaround for international deliveries will be longer.

If your package is returned for a reason outside the store's control (insufficient address, not picked up, etc.) and a refund is requested, the refund will be less shipping/handling costs.
